What is the return policy?
We asses each one of our orders on a case by case basis. If there are any issues we ask our customers to reach out within a 24hr window based on the delivery date and time. Shipping plants is hard, and once they leave our hands we must trust that the shipping service handles our packages with care while they are on their way to you.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on most items. Our plants are a one time purchase and not returnable or refundable. All sales are final, however if there is an issue that you see, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your packages delivery if you should face an issue. This is where we can work together to get you what you may need if there was mishandling or something that may have left your plant past the point of no return.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship and process your order. We pack on Sundays and ship on Mondays. Most large items are shipped with UPS. This is standard for shipping live plants as this is how we keep shipping rates affordable for our customers. Our plants are securely packaged for longer transit times in case of a delay.
How does plants shipping work?
We are able to ship our plants since we have been doing this for 2+ years now. We have been through different methods of shipping and have finally found what works. When you receive your order you will notice the care and thought that has been put into your package in order to properly secure your order. This is the most important part of our operation, so it is imperative that we get this correct every time.
